FLIC 2023 recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated:

  • A commitment to a career in convenience/gas and related areas 
  • Innovation through the work they are doing and unique ideas they bring to the table
  • Leadership through the capacity to inspire and learn from others 
  • Initiative by getting involved on larger level, i.e., through committees, associations, events, charitable work or community relations.
