FLICC 2026 recognizes individuals under the age of 40 (as of December 31, 2025) who have demonstrated:

• A commitment to a career in convenience/gas/car wash and related areas 
• Innovation through the work they are doing and unique ideas they bring to the table
• Leadership through the capacity to inspire and learn from others 
• Initiative by getting involved on larger level, i.e., through committees, associations, events, charitable work or community relations.

The FLICC winners will be profiled in the January/February 2026 issue of Convenience Store News Canada + OCTANE; at CCentral.ca and via a social media campaign.

In addition, winners will be honoured at an event during The Convenience U CARWACS Show in March 2026.
